How it Works

  1. Service Syncing: Once connected, we poll these services every few minutes for new data.
  2. Data Fusion: We combine data from multiple sources (e.g., Strava for GPS + Oura for Sleep) to build your Athlete Profile.
  3. AI Analysis: Your coach uses this combined data to provide personalized recommendations.

Tip: For the best results, we recommend connecting at least one Activity source (like Strava or Garmin) and one Wellness source (like Oura or Oura).
