Fitbit Integration
Sync your Fitbit activities, steps, and sleep data with Coach Watts.
Fitbit provides a wide range of wearables for tracking your daily activity, heart rate, and sleep. Connecting Fitbit to Coach Watts ensures your general activity and recovery metrics are accounted for in your AI coaching.
Setup Guide
- Go to Settings > Apps on the Dashboard.
- Click Connect with Fitbit.
- Log in to your Fitbit account and authorize the requested permissions.
What Syncs?
- Activities: Walking, running, and other recorded exercises.
- Daily Steps: Overall physical activity outside of structured workouts.
- Sleep: Sleep duration and stages (if supported by your device).
- Heart Rate: 24/7 resting heart rate trends.
Note: Fitbit data syncs periodically throughout the day as your device syncs with the Fitbit app.
