Sync Whoop Strain, Recovery, and Sleep data to optimize your training intensity.

Whoop provides 24/7 physiological monitoring, tracking your Strain, Recovery, and Sleep. Coach Watts uses this data to adjust your training intensity based on your body's recovery.

Setup Guide

  1. Go to Settings > Apps on the Dashboard.
  2. Click Connect with Whoop and authorize Coach Watts.

What Syncs?

  • Strain: Overall physical load from your day.
  • Recovery: Daily recovery score (0-100%).
  • Sleep: Performance and sleep stages.
  • HRV: Heart Rate Variability and Resting Heart Rate.

Tip: Whoop data is updated automatically throughout the day as it syncs with the Whoop cloud.
